I know a lot of people who want to delve into the wide world of escape room electronics, but who don't think they can code. They think programing is scary, so they won't try using Arduinos. Arduinos are amazingly versitile and with a little bit of work, you can learn to make electronic props that will do anything you want them to do. They're also pretty cheap.
